Let me help you achieve your health and fitness goals, no matter where you're starting with 1-2-1 personal training sessions for:

Your journey will start with a free informal consultation where we look at any specific targets or goals you want to achieve. It’s important for me to understand why you have made the decision to get a personal trainer and to proceed without feeling judged. I will then draw up an exercise plan that is specific to your needs that is bespoke and motivating.

I understand that life has many demands and adherence to a multi week program can be challenging. Taking breaks, dealing with illness and injury are all part of the journey that I can adapt to. If commitment is a difficulty then I am happy to do stand alone sessions on week by week basis.

8 PT session block

£360 - 8 session block (£45 per session)

This would be a perfect amount of time where I can give you some pointers having completed a movement screening. This is an ideal package for those who are already active or have a specific event that you want help with.

Cycling

£240 - 4 session block (£60 per session)

As a British Cycling level 2 coach I am able to deliver in person sessions on a closed road circuit at Cyclopark, Gravesend. These sessions will run through specific skills and will include a personalised weight training and aerobic program.

Ski holiday prep

With over 40 years of skiing experience, including multi-stage Alpine tours, a wealth of ski touring experience and a season guiding in Courchevel, I embrace the slopes with enthusiasm and understand how to prepare for this sport.
